Taking Naps in Other People’s Beds
Lauren is on a Snow White kick. We rented the movie from the library and she loves it. “Grumpy is so funny.” “Dopey can’t talk, cuz he’s never tried.” … This morning she wanted to bring Snow White over to a friend’s house to watch it with them. Instead of a straight out “no”, I took a different tactic. I asked her if she ever saw Snow White watching movies at the Dwarf’s house. Of course, she answered “no”. And then I asked her what Snow White does when she visits the Dwarves.
“She takes a nap in their beds.”
